Will Transition to a Traditional Calendar for 2015-2016.
The WCPSS School Board voted to transition Wakefield Elementary
from a multi-track year-round calendar to a traditional calendar for the
2015-2016 school year. As we learn more details about this exciting change,
we will keep all families informed via our website, our Twitter account,
and the Principal's Page. Please contact the school with any questions
you may have.
The registration website is open
each Monday. You may register in the media center any time during the
school day. Registration closes at 4:00 PM on Mondays.

anywhere! They are dedicated and hard-working. What do volunteers do at
school, anyway? Why do they find it so rewarding? Here
are the answers! If you'd like to volunteer, please contact your child's
