WES Spirit Night
The first WES spirit night has been scheduled, and WES the EAGLE will make an appearance. Come eat with your friends and family at Milton's Pizza in Wakefield on Monday, November 9th between 5:00 p.m.-10 p.m. Milton's will donate 20% of the generated sales by our WES families back to the PTA that will go towards enhancing the playground! World Stack Up Day
Wakefield Elementary students will participate in World Stack Up Day on Thursday, November 12, in effort to break the Guinness World Record! See the PE web page for more information!

H1N1 Virus
Wake County Public School System works closely with Wake County Human Services on any cases of communicable diseases or viruses. H1N1 information is available to parents in the “Back to School” section of the WCPSS internet http://www.WCPSS.net/swineflu/.

Early Dismissal every Wednesday
Every Wednesday during the 2009-2010 school year, school will dismiss at 2:45 p.m. for Professional Staff Development for staff members.
